Elizabeth A. Pecsi coaches leaders on how to achieve performance, financial and cultural goals by focusing on what success looks like, determining how to get there and establishing clear, consistent communications.
She designs, leads and implements strategic communications initiatives with emphasis in leadership development and stakeholder engagement. During her 15-year career at Unisys Corp., an information technology and services company with 22,500 employees serving commercial organizations and government agencies throughout the world, she partnered with a newly formed supply chain management (SCM) leadership team to lower cost, improve arrival quality and increase order delivery time. She worked closely with a Global Services Delivery leadership team to attain 100% employee participation in documenting Professional Development Plans, increasing the number of change orders, submitting time and expenses on time, and contributing to a global knowledge database.
During Pecsi’s 13-year tenure with SDG&E, she organized the first mid-size business-to-business energy management marketing contact plan and established the utility’s first comprehensive national news media network.
As a leader in her profession, Pecsi is an accredited member (APR) and Fellow of the Public Relations Society of America. Only 3% of members have achieved the Fellow distinction.
