Having real-time reliable data and feedback can help organizations better engage with thier customers and prospects via social media and digital communications. But capturing that data and turning it into actional public relations and marketing strategies can be challenging in today’s ever changing landscape.
Launched in 2016 to showcase Sharp’s commitment to digital innovation and exceptional care, the health system created it’s Customer & Media Engagement Center. The CMEC centralizes the organization’s social media, digital newsroom and media relations activities and uses digital producer/specialists and customer contact center agents for real time monitoring and response.
Attend the next PRSA professional development event to learn how Sharp HealthCare is using its unique social command center and digital newsroom to drive its content strategy to better engage with its patients and the community online. In addition to hearing from Sharp on how the health system uses data to drive decision making, attendees will get an up close look at the command center and digital newsroom.
