With so much data at our fingertips, public relations professionals will continue to not only be asked but expected to show outcomes, identify opportunities and measure success.
The June luncheon will focus on the evolving measurement best practices that PR practitioners should have in their toolkit, and provide actionable recommendations to bring back to your workplace. Brent Diggins, Allison+Partners’ head of global measurement and analytics, will return following his sold-out measurement session from 2016.
The event will be complemented by Justin Goodman, digital analytics team lead from Analytics Pros, a preferred Google Analytics partner. He’ll talk about how PR professionals can use data from Google Analytics to add to their measurement capabilities.

About the Presenters
A senior vice president at Allison+Partners, Brent Diggins oversees the agency’s global measurement and analytics capabilities, and has helped to develop measurement solutions for a wide variety of clients including Toyota, Progressive Insurance, Fox Home Entertainment, and Samsung. In addition to developing advanced client solutions, Brent has worked towards making Allison+Partners’ the best in agency measurement, including coaching and providing solutions to team members across the organization. Before heading down the path of measurement and analytics, Brent served in traditional public relations account support creating strategy and leading teams across a number of industries. This unique perspective allows him to identify measurement strategies early in the planning process and provide deep strategic recommendations based on measurement outcomes.
As a Digital Analytics Team Lead at Analytics Pros, Justin Goodman oversees a team of analysts while developing Standards for Google Analytics utilization for the agency. He has developed measurement strategy through strategic consulting engagements with clients such as Princess Cruises, ASICS, Tableau and Yelp. Justin approaches analytics and data collection from a business decision first mindset, where each piece of data is used to drive organizational change. When not working directly with clients, Justin is found mentoring analysts in marketing, analytics and consulting. He comes to the analytics world from a marketing background, with a focus in SEO and paid search. While much of his work has been in the world of ecommerce, Justin has experience in other areas such as B2B, lead generation, corporate sites and PR.
