Description:
Our assistant account coordinator will have at least six months of experience coordinating and supporting social media, email marketing, websites, grassroots marketing, writing and public relations.

Responsibilities:
● Drafting social media posts
● Tracking media and publicity opportunities
● Updating websites in English and Spanish
● Planning blogs and eblasts
● Coordinating editorial calendars
● Writing newsletters, pitches and press releases
● Reporting for clients
● Tracking monthly activities and metrics
● Managing media lists
● Clipping media
● Securing media opportunities
● Pitching, pitching, pitching and pitching some more
● Be awesome

Required skills and knowledge:
● 6 months to 2 years experience
● Experience in public relations
● Independent worker
● Ability to multitask
● Efficiency in work pace
● Attention to details
● Agency experience is a MUST

Education:
● Bachelors degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or Advertising
