San Diego has made a name for itself in the food and beverage world, becoming a hot spot for restaurant and bar enthusiasts. With new venues opening every day, it’s important to have the right PR representation. Alternative Strategies, an award-winning, full-service marketing communications firm, has added two new clients to the roster: CaliFino Tequila, their first liquor brand, and Hidden Fish, the first omakase sushi bar to open in the area.
Sourced from Jalisco, Mexico, CaliFino Tequila is available at select locations in San Diego. Custom created to achieve the best taste, scent and quality, CaliFino is setting a benchmark for tequila distilleries throughout the region. Three distinct types of tequila, all with different tastes, are produced under the CaliFino brand: Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo.
Hidden Fish will offer an intimate experience with only 13 seats and 30-minute or 90-minute seating. No miso soup or California rolls will be found here. Chef John Hong and his team will provide a premium omakase sushi experience with each piece of fish made as art, using only high-end ingredients. Slated for a July 2018 opening.
