What Are The Benefits?
Boost your career by participating in our annual Mentorship Program. Our growing network of participants shared the value gained from this program. Who Can Apply?
Mentors: Current or former PRSA SD/IC members with more than five years of experience.
Mentees: A college student in their last semester, a recent graduate or a new professional. We also welcome those transitioning into PR from another profession. Mentees must live in San Diego and Imperial Counties and have less than five years of experience.
How Does it Work?
Submit your 3-minute application by Friday, Sept. 23. After the mentorship pairs/groups are determined, participants will meet from October through December with closing activities in January 2023. The mentorship committee will provide resource guides and host exclusive events.
Participants can meet in a virtual, in-person or hybrid format. We recommend that participants meet for two hours each month and to communicate their preferences before the first meeting.
